Responsibility is a tradition at our company
Even the company founder, Margarete Schnellecke, believed that a successful company should also do something for society. She passed this idea on to the next generations. And that is exactly what we still live by at Schnellecke Logistics today.
Local social engagement
Strengthening neighborhoods – worldwide
We support people and organizations in our neighborhoods with global social projects. These activities promote participation and strengthen cohesion in the communities around our locations.
Giving hope together
Every year, employees take part in the Christmas parcel convoy and pack gifts for children in need. One colleague even personally accompanied the convoy in a truck to Moldova, supporting the joint commitment directly on site.
Commitment to families
For many years, we have been sponsoring the Ronald McDonald House in Leipzig. During regular volunteer assignments, we work together to renovate, clean, and decorate the house so that families of seriously ill children have a place to relax and unwind.
Support through donations in kind
India, Schnellecke-Jeena supports the Vatsalya Shikshan Sansthan organization, which assists people with disabilities. Donations in kind, technical support, and joint commitment have made it possible to meet specific needs directly.
Commitment to clean coastlines
As a team event, employees at our Dalian site collected discarded plastic bags, paper scraps, and other trash at Golden Pebble Beach, making a visible contribution to nature and the local community.
Much more than just food
Employees at our Alabama site in the USA support the Jimmie Hale Mission by serving meals. Through their efforts, they help to provide for people in difficult life situations and strengthen the community.
Support for vulnerable children
Employees in South Africa volunteered for Guardians of Hope, an organization that supports vulnerable children in their early years. Through donations, personal time spent on site, and the establishment of a partnership, targeted support was provided to strengthen the children's needs in the long term.
